Privacy & Terms

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Please read these terms before using FullerSphere’s website and online services. Project-specific agreements remain the source of your project scope and commercial terms.

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern use of the FullerSphere website, account features, client portal, and referral application tools operated by FullerSphere Strategies. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement and authority to act for any business you represent.

2. Our services

FullerSphere provides website design, digital infrastructure, and managed hosting services. Website information describes our general offerings and is not a binding project proposal. Deliverables, timelines, revisions, support, ownership transfers, and service commitments are established in your accepted proposal or separate written agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not access another person’s information without authorization, upload unlawful or malicious content, interfere with service operation, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to bypass security controls. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

4. Pricing, payments, and cancellations

Advertised starting prices are not a final quote. Your accepted proposal or payment request specifies the charges, applicable sales tax, payment schedule, and any recurring hosting fees. Cancellation, refund, and renewal terms are governed by the applicable written agreement and law; these general terms do not establish an additional refund guarantee. Contact us before purchasing if those terms are unclear. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in materials you submit and authorize us and necessary service providers to use them to deliver the requested services. You must have permission to share uploaded text, images, logos, and other materials. Rights to custom deliverables, source materials, third-party assets, and licenses are specified in your project agreement. FullerSphere branding and website materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

6. Referrals and commissions

Applying to join the FullerSphere team does not guarantee acceptance, employment, or earnings. Participation, referral eligibility, attribution, commissions, and payouts are subject to the separate referral program agreement. Partners must disclose their financial relationship when promoting FullerSphere and must not make unauthorized promises about prices, results, or services.

7. AI features and third-party services

AI-assisted responses and generated materials may contain errors and should be reviewed before reliance. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice or a binding service commitment. Google sign-in, payment processing, and other third-party services are also subject to their providers’ applicable terms. We do not control third-party availability or external websites.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information and how to make privacy requests. It is available from the Privacy & Terms page without signing in.

9. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep services available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Except as stated in a separate written agreement or required by law, the website and its tools are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or particular business, search-ranking, or revenue results. To the extent permitted by law, FullerSphere is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension, changes, and governing law

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Any effect on paid services remains subject to the applicable project agreement and law. We may update these terms and will identify the current version by its effective date. Texas law governs these terms, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns directly.
