Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
This policy explains how FullerSphere Strategies (FullerSphere, we, us) handles personal information when you visit our website, sign in, inquire about services, or use our client and referral tools.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, create an account, submit a website questionnaire, upload project materials, apply to our referral program, or submit a review. This can include your name, email address, phone number, business details, project preferences, messages, files, and referral or payment records. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your project.
2. Google sign-in and permissions
If you choose Google sign-in, our authentication provider receives the account information authorized on the Google consent screen, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. We use this information to identify you and provide account access. We do not receive your Google password. Signing in does not by itself grant access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar. Any additional Google access requires a separate permission request.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and manage website projects, provide client accounts, process payments, administer referrals and commissions, send service communications, prevent abuse, and improve our services. Information you submit to AI-assisted features may be processed by our hosting platform and its AI service providers to generate answers or project materials. Avoid including confidential or sensitive details in an AI chat unless needed for your request.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, session management, referral attribution, and usage measurement. Referral and campaign cookies may remain for up to 90 days. We collect page visits, time on pages, referral sources, and device-related information. Google Ads tags measure advertising interactions and conversions and may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through your Google account. Blocking storage may affect sign-in or referral tracking.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share information as needed with providers that help operate the service, including Base44 for hosting, authentication, storage, and platform features; Stripe for payment processing; and providers supporting email, analytics, advertising measurement, and AI-assisted functionality. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored as full card numbers in our project records. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Providers may process information outside your state or country.
6. Google user data safeguards
Google account data is used to provide the features you authorize. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We only share Google user data where necessary to provide authorized features, meet legal obligations, or protect security, consistent with that policy.
7. Retention and security
We retain account and project information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record type; deleting an account may not immediately remove invoices, tax records, or backup copies. We use access controls and platform security measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. Identify the email address associated with your account and the request you want us to handle; do not send your password. We may verify your identity before responding. Requests are subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete information already held; contact us to request its deletion. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.
9. Children and policy updates
Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request removal. We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated as required by law.
